Systemic Family Constellation Circle

Family Constellation circles are a powerful therapeutic and experiential approach that goes beyond talk therapy and analysis. They take place in person in Cape Town and occasionally online.

In each circle, we explore challenges related to family, relationships, money, anxiety, addiction, illness, and other life difficulties. This work is not only about personal healing but also about collective healing, creating greater insight, connection, and transformation.

  • Every participant will explore their own issues or goals in pairs.
  • Tea break and shared plates of food.
  • Full family constellation for one or two issue holders.
  • Opportunities to participate as a representative or witness the process.

Reiki Courses with International Certification

Usui Reiki Level 1

Reiki level 1 awakens your natural healing energy and teaches you the foundations of Reiki for self-healing, balance, and well-being.

You can use Reiki to relieve stress and pain, regulate the nervous system, grow spiritually, and support the well-being of your loved ones and pets.

  • No prior experience is required.
  • You will receive Reiki attunement, a digital manual, a certificate, refreshments, and access to a like-minded community.
  • This course takes place over two Saturdays, one week apart, from 10:00 to 17:00.

Usui Reiki Level 2

Reiki Level 2 deepens your connection to Reiki and teaches you Reiki symbols and distance healing to support yourself and others.

You can use Reiki to enhance your healing practice, deepen your spiritual growth, expand your intuitive awareness, and begin offering Reiki professionally as a Reiki practitioner.

  • Prerequisite: Usui Reiki Level 1.
  • Receive Reiki Level 2 attunement, a digital manual, an internationally recognized certificate refreshments, and access to a like-minded community.
